In the third quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 consumer finance applications in Qatar showcased interesting trends in weekly downloads and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.

CBQ Mobile had a fluctuating download pattern, starting the quarter with approximately 4.9K downloads in the week of June 27, peaking at around 5K downloads in early July, and experiencing another peak of 4.8K downloads in late August. The app's weekly active users also varied, starting from about 20.4K and peaking at 22.3K in early August before ending the quarter at 20.2K.

QIB MOBILE showed a more stable download trend, with downloads ranging from around 796 to 1.7K throughout the quarter. The highest number of downloads was recorded in the last week of September with approximately 1.7K downloads.

QNB Mobile exhibited a consistent download pattern with minor fluctuations, starting the quarter with 1.3K downloads and maintaining a similar level throughout, ending at 1.3K downloads in the final week of September. The app's active user count remained relatively steady, ranging from 9.2K to 10.4K.

NBE Mobile, which was released in early August, saw a strong initial uptake with 4.2K downloads in the week of August 8. However, the downloads gradually declined, stabilizing at around 357 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 3.8K in early August and ending the quarter at approximately 2.7K.

Doha Bank Mobile Banking had a modest download performance, beginning the quarter with 593 downloads and experiencing minor ups and downs, peaking at 913 downloads in the week of August 22. The app closed the quarter with 630 downloads.
